Work / SVP at Nadel

Make the idea
matter.

I lead client relationships, open possibilities, and bring the right people together to make ambitious work happen. Strategy and creativity start the conversation. Trust and execution carry it across the finish line.

The bigger picture

Managing clients. Making magic.

My work begins with relationships. I listen for what a client needs, what they have not said yet, and where the real opportunity lives.

From there, I help shape the direction, bring the right talent and resources to the table, and keep the work moving. Sometimes the answer is a product. Sometimes it is a program, a platform, a recognition experience, or an entirely new way to bring a brand to life.

At Nadel, I can draw on creative development, sourcing, digital storefronts, fulfillment, logistics, and a global partner network. My role is to connect those capabilities to the client’s ambition—and make a complicated process feel clear, confident, and a little magical.

How I lead

Big relationships.
Real accountability.

01 / LISTEN

Find the real opportunity.

Strong client leadership starts with curiosity. Understanding the business, the people, and the pressure behind the brief changes what is possible.

02 / CONNECT

Bring the right people in.

The best ideas rarely come from one person. I build the team around the challenge and make sure every discipline is pulling in the same direction.

03 / LEAD

Keep ambition practical.

I help creative thinking survive budgets, timelines, compliance, inventory, and distribution without losing what made the idea exciting.

04 / DELIVER

Own the outcome.

Clients should feel informed, supported, and confident. Follow-through is where a promising idea becomes a lasting relationship.
